We visit your property for a walk-through — taking photos, measurements and discussing your goals, timeline and budget. This is completely free and no-obligation.
Brief & Proposal
Within 48 hours you receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of works, timeline, and investment. Once approved, we get to work.
Repairs & Preparation
We coordinate all necessary pre-sale works — painting, carpentry, cleaning, landscaping — through our established contractor network. You deal with one person.
Styling Install
Furniture, artwork and accessories are sourced and installed to the agreed brief — your property handed over campaign-ready.
Photo Day Ready
Your property is handed over campaign-ready for photography. After settlement, we manage the full de-style and furniture collection.
